I am a fan of pole dancing since I heard that it has very many health benefits. The studio we use is a bit small but the instructors are attentive, friendly and helpful. This is my second time coming for the pole dancing classes nyc and will be coming back for their beginner climb and spin class. Why I love pole dancing lessons in New York studios is that they ensure that the studios are always clean for the students to use. No time you will ever find that the poles are dirty or sticky which I as a student admire. The instructors for my first Intro to pole dancing class are very friendly and patient with me since this is my first time. Both are great and skilled at pole dancing. There are many trx videos out there about exercises that you can do with the suspension trainer. I was kind of disappointed as there was only a basic video with 12 exercises. Each of the exercises had 3 variations so they count that as 36 exercises even know it is not really the case. The exercises are good for anyone starting out. TRX has created many other videos about using the suspension trainer as well as YouTube videos each month that focus on different exercise aspects. They have created videos for different sports training like golf and tennis as well as videos for training goals like burning fat, bootcamps, kettlebell workouts, flexibility, strength and a healthy back workout.
